Text description provided by the architects. The plot of the project is located in a neighborhood with a mix of diverse buildings. Single family houses, sheds and larger buildings coexist without a plan, but the presence of a river and trees give a cheerful atmosphere instead.
The project develops on different levels due to the steepness of the terrain. On each level, the apartments occupy the forefront sides of the building. The typologies offer a variety of orientations and generous interior views.
